The Director of Global HR Services drives compensation, benefits and HRIS strategy, policies and programs to attract, retain and motivate a highly qualified workforce globally that aligns with ABC’s strategic goals and direction.
Responsibilities Include,
But are not limited to:
• Provide strategic and operational leadership in the design, development, administration and communication of compensation and benefit programs, including medical, dental, life, retirement, base pay, and annual incentive plans.
• Ensure benefit programs are competitive, cost-efficient, compliant, and aligned to Company initiatives and strategy
• Lead the design and administration of compensation programs, including base pay, variable pay, merit, compensation planning, and market analysis
• Manage domestic 401K and related programs and the global mobility program
• Member of the ABC Company’s Investment Committee
• Effectively communicate program information to executive team, management and team members
• Provide leadership for the development of Global HRIS Roadmap, promote proactive approaches using HRIS to solve business needs/problems
• Evaluate HR business solutions, technologies and tools to support programs such as merit planning, performance management, talent management, succession planning, benefits enrollment, benefit vendor management and absence management.
• Manage compensation, benefits and HRIS team members
Qualifications & Skills Required
• Minimum of 10 years’ professional HR experience demonstrating career progression to Director level
• Experience in a global manufacturing environment preferred
• Hands on experience with self-funded health plans
• In depth knowledge of FLSA, DOL, HIPAA, AAP/EEOC
• Expertise with SAP or other Tier 1 ERP system required
• Experience with cloud based human capital management software highly desirable
• Demonstrated ability to achieve results in a global team environment
• Collaborative and effective team player; able to partner with teams who are globally dispersed
• Demonstrated ability to lead and implement change
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Effective written and oral communication skills; able to express oneself clearly in technical and non-technical terms
• Global business acumen, strong understanding of the complexities of a global business
• Excellent presentation skills, ability to present to executive leadership
• Takes initiative, seek and act upon opportunities to improve organization performance
• Must have strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
• Eligible for domestic and international travel several times per year
Education Requirements
• Bachelor of Science degree is required in Business, Human Resources, or similar course of study; Master’s degree preferred
• CEBS, CCP, CBP, and/or SPHR preferred
Compensation & Benefits
• Annual salary range $129,000 – $141,000 DOE
• Paid Holiday & Vacation Time
